Finished apparel
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, polos and jerseys in cotton, polyester and blends. Cut-and-sew from your pattern, or start from our stock blocks.
02 / HEADWEAR
Caps & headwear
Six-panel, five-panel, dad caps and bucket hats. Structured or unstructured, with woven labels, embroidery or all-over sublimation print.
03 / CANVAS
Canvas bags
Cotton and polyester canvas totes, shoppers and drawstring bags. 8oz to 14oz, with reinforced handles, linings, zips and interior pockets.

Six print methods, matched to the fabric — not to our convenience
We have run transfer printing since 2012 and added digital direct-to-garment and DTF as the inks improved. Each method has a different cost curve and a different hand-feel, so we recommend based on artwork, fabric and quantity rather than on what is easiest to schedule.
Sublimation transfer
Full-colour, edge-to-edge graphics on polyester and poly-blends. No colour count limit, no plate cost, permanent colour fastness.
DTF transfer
Photographic prints on cotton, canvas and blended fabrics. Fine detail with a soft, stretchable finish that survives repeated washing.
Screen print
Plastisol and water-based inks for large runs with a small number of colours. Lowest unit cost at volume.
Embroidery
Flat, 3D puff and chain-stitch embroidery for caps, chest logos and sleeve marks. Digitised in-house.
Heat transfer vinyl
Single-colour names, numbers and small marks. Ideal for team sets and personalised runs.
Special finishes
Silicone and puff print, foil, reflective, discharge and garment dye. Sampling required before bulk.
A five-stage process, documented at every step
Nothing moves to the next stage without a written approval from you. The schedule below is what we commit to in the quotation, not an average.
Inquiry & quotation
Send artwork, quantity, target price and delivery date. You receive a costing breakdown and a sampling plan.
Sampling
We produce a pre-production sample in your fabric and colour. Courier photos before it ships.
Approval
You sign off the sample, colour swatch and measurement sheet. These three documents become the production standard.
Bulk production
Cutting, printing, sewing and finishing, with weekly progress photos and a mid-run quality report.
Inspection & export
AQL 2.5 inspection, packing list, carton marks and shipping documents prepared for your forwarder.
Built for buyers who cannot afford a surprise
Most of our clients are small and mid-size brands, promotional agencies and wholesalers. They need a factory that answers questions in the same week and does not disappear after the deposit.
Low minimums
50 pieces per style, per colour. Mixed sizes and mixed designs in one order are accepted at a small surcharge.
No plate or screen cost
Digital production means unlimited colours without setup fees. Reorders and design changes cost nothing extra.
One contact, end to end
The same sales engineer follows your order from quotation to container. No handoffs, no repeating yourself.
Written standards
Approved sample, colour swatch and measurement sheet are signed before bulk. Disputes are settled against documents, not memory.
In-house printing
Printing is not subcontracted. Colour and timing stay under our control, which is why we can promise a date.
Export-ready paperwork
Commercial invoice, packing list, carton marks, MSDS for inks and test reports — prepared before the goods leave.
Tested, measured, written down
Every batch is checked against the approved sample. Colour, measurement and fastness results are recorded and sent to you before shipping — you approve the report, then we book the freight.
- Inks are azo-free and tested for heavy metals and formaldehyde.
- Colour fastness to washing and light verified at grade 4 or above.
- Measurement tolerance ±1 cm on body length, ±0.5 cm on chest width.

What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per style and colour for apparel and bags, 100 pieces for caps.
Can you produce from our own pattern and tech pack?
Yes. Send a graded pattern, measurement sheet, fabric and trim specification, and artwork files.
How much does it cost?
Cost is driven by fabric, print method, decoration count and quantity.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit to start production, 70% against the pre-shipment inspection report.
Do you handle shipping?
We quote EXW, FOB Shenzhen or CIF. We work with your forwarder or introduce ours.
